Karen Farrell
Karen Farrell is an author, commissioned writer, and communications specialist with over two decades’ experience across television, theatre, and publishing. A former actress, she brings a performer’s insight to her 2025 debut novel, Stella’s Next Act, which explores artistic pursuit, reinvention, and mental health in the performing arts. Karen attended the Australian Theatre for Young People, performing in plays at NIDA and the Sydney Theatre Company. She spent over a decade as a publicist at ABC TV and managed the launch publicity for First Tuesday Book Club. Karen was Project Editor on Growing with Grace, published in 2024.
